About
I have been an avid coin collector for over 25 years.
In that time I have been self-taught and studied many aspects of numismatics. I have been a member of the American Numismatic Association (ANA) for over 25 years, as well as the Rochester Numismatic Association (RNA) for over 25 years. I won Numismatist of the Year prior to becoming the first two-term president of the club in the club’s history. The RNA is the longest continuously running coin club in the United States, having famous members such as founding members George French, John Bauer, John C. Woodbury, Alphonse A. Kolb, and John Jay Pittman.
As a collector, I have been a contributor to Krause Publications for over a decade, as well as a few other reference books in America and Europe.
One of my collections won “Best World” Custom Set on the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC).
I have also won best of show for exhibits at our club’s local coin shows 3 out of 5 times that I entered.
I basically have a love for this sport called numismania.
Happy Hunting!
